Image Access LP will participate as a vendor sponsor at the ReproMAX Annual Spring Conference in Dallas Texas on April 11-13. The event is being held at the Hilton Park Cities Dallas, as well as at ReproMAX partner Thomas Printworks´ shop location in Addison. The WideTEK 36ART will be presented to the attendees during the evening reception at the Addison facility on April 11.

On March 20 and 21, 2018, Image Access LP will conduct an Authorized Service Provider technical training in the Image Access LP office in Elgin Illinois. Attendees will be trained in the service and repair of both WideTEK and Bookeye scanners. Attendees will be certified to provide service to their customers in the field.

From February 13 to 15 2018, Image Access and its partner Docuvan will exhibit at the 19th Biennial Conference and Exhibition VALA2018, held in Melbourne, Australia. Image Access will demonstrate the Bookeye series of overhead book scanners. VALA2018 will provide three full days of professional enrichment for the libraries and information managers of the future. Over 1000 exhibition visitors are expected to attend this event, described as "the leading library technology conference and exhibition in the region".

VALA has been at the heart of the Library IT community’s dialogue and development for 40 years, sustained by its dynamic and professional network of information technology practitioners. The VALA network consists of academic, public, school, health, law and other special libraries, and increasingly from the broader GLAM sector. VALA members are decision-makers, employers, influencers, implementers and leaders; they are interested in and critical to the use of information technology in libraries and associated industries.

The International Trade Fair for Advertising and Printing, RemaDays Warsaw, is one of the world’s largest trade shows in the advertising industry. Since 2005, RemaDays has been conducted on a biannual basis and has grown constantly. Every other year, the number of visitors and exhibitors was increased. At the last RemaDays show, over 760 exhibitors and 21,000 visitors attended, making it a key event and the largest, in terms of number of visitors, trade fair in Europe.
